Few things I do when I’m stress
-After
work, off your social media accounts; read books, listen to music or maybe play
word puzzle or paint; whatever you want to do at home. Stay at home and be
peaceful.

-Try
to watch movies you love or movies you’ll enjoy. It will forget your
stress/problem for the meantime.

- Sleep
early and eat healthy food. For me, after stressful work, I eat a lot. That’s
my stress reliever.

Sometimes reward yourself to eat an unhealthy food like chocolates, pizza
or anything. Give prize for yourself.

-For
your rest days, go whatever you want, like me, I’m a beach lover, even if I’m
not a swimmer, I still go to the beach and swim because it also lessen your back pain.

I also do sightseeing to the beautiful places because it makes me relax.
-Some girls love shopping which I do also. It makes me feel happy. I love to buy shoes and bags. I’m not collecting it but I have many in my room. Every time I see shoes and bags that I really want, I can't help but to buy it. (take note if I have a money)

When you get something for yourself it makes you inspire to
go to work. It also a gift for yourself na
din, for your hard work.

still depends on you whatever you’ll be stress out. Do what makes you happy.
